We accept GVS (General Vision Services). Some or all of the expense
of your eyewear and exam may be reimbursable to you through your insurance
company (Oxford, Signa, Pomco, etc.) In this case, payment is expected
at time of service, and a detailed receipt will be provided for submission
to your insurance company and reimbursement, if provided for by your
plan. Upon request, we will help you with the required paperwork.
